Bpt has adopted  UNI EN ISO 9001 organisation model identifying its distinctive processes, from Marketing to Product Development, to Production, to Sales and Technical Assistance

BPT undertakes to:

• TO SEEK AFTER QUALITY AS PRIMARY OBJECTIVE. Quality in its customer services, in the materials used, in the finished products, in its packaging: BPT closely monitors each single phase, from initial design to delivery so that the customer can rely on a product of unparalleled excellence; 
• TO ENSURE THE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT both in the product and in the overall company's service based on objective data analysis and through annual improvement plans;
• TO AVOID POTENTIAL INEFFICIENCIES to the customer, monitoring notifications and claims. 

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

The key to BPT's growth and success has always been Research & Development, which is fundamental in improving the quality of life of its customers, focusing on low environmental impact of residential, shopping and industrial buildings.

BPT's products and systems are the result of innovation investments and cooperations with Research Centres and Universities to develop domotic solutions with high technological value and low energetic impact.

• TO INVEST IN ITS TEAM: paying much attention to working conditions (wellbeing and work places comfort) and to develop skills. 

ENVIRONMENT AND SAFETY

Since 2001 BPT has adopted UNI EN ISO 14001 certificate to manage all environmental aspect in the production activities of its plants (waste disposal, water and natural resources consumption, water dumping and air emissions, management of substances/materials)

BPT undertakes to:

• TO RESPECT CURRENT LAWS as regards  environment and safety at work;
• TO PURSUE A POLICY OF ATTENTION TO ENVIRONMENT AND SAFETY AT WORK: avoiding potential damages to environment (air emissions sampling, waste analysis, water dumping analysis, environment monitoring, phonometry survey, close evaluation when choosing machineries/ equipping);
• TO CARRY OUT A PROPER TRAINING AND AWARENESS OF ALL THE STAFF: organising trainings on fire prevention first aid and environment emergency, and also training for newly-recruited, managers and people in charge;
• TO INCREASE ITS PARTNERS INVOLVEMENT: building cooperative relationships based on shared targets and, when possible, preferring those who respect the environment.
