The BRAHMS range of telephone auto-diallers was originally designed to increase the effectiveness of burglar alarm systems in the event of an intrusion, but they may also be used for various types of signalling function, such as a power outage or boiler malfunction. In the event of an alarm, the auto-diallers automatically send a pre-recorded voice message to selected numbers to signal that the system has been activated. Different voice messages can be sent to different telephone numbers depending on the type of event. Extremely simple programming makes it easy for the user to modify the telephone numbers stored in memory and the alarm messages.
